Andrew T. Wolfe, Esq., CPA, LLM, recently joined the firm as Of Counsel.  Andy specializes in gift and estate taxation, estate planning, charitable gift planning, asset protection planning, income taxation of trusts and estates, and succession planning for family-owned businesses.

Andy was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and United States Tax Court in 1984.  He is a member of the Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Estate, Trust and Gift Taxation Interest Group of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Andy is also a member of the Taxation Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

 

Andy serves on the Board of Trustees of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey as well as on the Board of Jespy House, Inc., a local non-profit organization.
